How a consultation works
You choose a condition and fill in a medical questionnaire covering symptoms, existing conditions, current medication and allergies. The questions about heart medication and blood pressure are the ones the prescription exists for, and answering them accurately is the entire point.
A doctor reviews the answers and either issues a prescription, asks a follow-up question through the account, or declines and explains why. A refusal is a working service, not a failed order.
If a prescription is issued, the registered pharmacy dispenses and posts the medicine. Repeat orders reuse the same record, with the questionnaire revisited periodically.

ZAVA is the service formerly known as DrEd, one of the first online doctor services in Europe and one of the few old enough to have been inspected repeatedly rather than newly launched. It operates its own registered pharmacy rather than passing prescriptions to a third party, which is the arrangement that makes the supply chain traceable end to end.
What we checked: the pharmacy appears on the General Pharmaceutical Council's register of registered pharmacies under number 9011147, and the operating company, Health Bridge Limited, appears at Companies House under number 07392646. Both links are above and both open registers that belong to the regulator rather than to the service.
The service covers all six categories in this catalogue, which is unusual, and it means the same account handles an erection medicine prescription and a weight management one. That breadth is convenient and it is also the reason to read what a specific consultation asks, because a questionnaire adequate for one condition is not automatically adequate for another.
