How a consultation works
You describe the problem, and a doctor licensed in Germany takes the case by video or telephone rather than by questionnaire alone. That is the structural difference from the questionnaire services: there is a conversation, and it can go somewhere the form did not anticipate.
If a prescription follows, it is issued as an electronic prescription that any German pharmacy can dispense, including the one on your street. You are not tied to a particular seller, which also means nobody profits from what is prescribed.

TeleClinic is a different kind of service from the questionnaire clinics elsewhere on this site. It does not sell medicine at all: a doctor consults by video and issues an electronic prescription, and the medicine comes from whichever pharmacy you choose.
What we checked: the service appears on the list of certified video service providers published by the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians, certified against Annex 31b of the federal framework agreement, in the list dated 28 May 2026. The operating company is registered at the Munich district court under HRB 223627. Both links are above and both lead to sources outside the company.

- For people insured in the German statutory system the consultation is billed to the insurer. Privately insured and self-paying patients are charged per appointment.
- Where does the medicine come from?
- From a pharmacy of your choice, against the electronic prescription. This is the part that makes the arrangement different: the prescriber has no stake in the sale.
